I use this app to try new food in Toronto. I love it cause I can use the time I would have waited in line to walk to a new restaurant.
So nice to be able to skip the line, now thanks to Grabb i no longer need to inhale my food
They have been offering lots of promo codes for free food! Only issue I encountered is the inability to select toppings on a hamburger, however I am unsure if this is only for the location I tried.

Some bad moments
Customer service isnt all that great. No longer have confidence in ordering through this app again. Plenty of other good food ordering apps instead.
Ordered a burrito today, got a 15 minute estimate. Ended up waiting an hour for the order to complete and didnt even end up receiving. Such a disappointment and waste of time
Doesnt allow personal changes to account and once you input your credit card info you cannot take it off!!!
Downloaded this app two weeks ago and there werent any restaurants showing up so I contacted their team. They were helpful and offered me a bonus $5 but after two weeks, an app update and several uninstalls later, this app is still full of bugs and still not working for me.
I have used Grabb multiple times and been impressed with its simplicity, ease of use, and efficiency. I recommend it to all of my friends! (Bonus: great customer service)
After the recent redesign, the app became so much better. Very convenient
